Starting August 25, we’ll serve a different pasta dish every day for a special price – freshly cooked, delicious, and quickly served. From Monday to Sunday: Pasta of the Day turns every day into Pasta Day.

How can I redeem the free menu?

Depending on the restaurant, you have various options:
- At the Orderpoint:

Simply scan your app QR code at the order point and select the option "Eat Here." Choose the Pasta of the Day (e.g. Pasta Bolognese on Mondays), then add an insalata mini with rocket-mustard or balsamico dressing, and add a homemade lemonade (lemon-mint, passionfruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, blackberry lime lemonade). Or simply select the ‘Pasta Menu’ option from the sidebar and choose your Pasta del Giorno, a homemade lemonade, and an insalata mini. Next, select the reward "Make your Pasta of the Day into a menu"– and the free menu will be automatically applied.

- With the Vapiano Card:

Grab a VAPIANO card at the entrance, order your Pasta of the Day as usual at the Vapianisti station, and add your insalata mini with rocket-mustard or balsamico dressing directly. You can order the homemade lemonade (lemon-mint, passionfruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, blackberry lime lemonade) separately at the bar. When leaving the restaurant, simply have your App QR code scanned at the checkout and let the Vapianisti know you’d like to redeem the free menu upgrade – we’ll take care of the rest

- At the checkout:

Let the Vapianisti scan your App code, order your Pasta of the Day and an insalata mini with rocket-mustard or balsamico dressing, and your homemade lemonade (lemon-mint, passionfruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, blackberry lime lemonade) – let the Vapianisti know you’d like to redeem your reward – we’ll take care of the rest. Please note: You need to order all the items directly together to get the free menu Upgrade.

Please note: The free menu can only be redeemed for dine-in orders at the restaurant and cannot be redeemed directly through the app. However, you can still enjoy your pasta of the day as a take-away option. The VAPIANO Lovers App is vailable at all VAPIANO locations in Austria except Linz.

🍝 What is the Pasta of the Day?

It’s our new daily pasta offer – every day of the week you’ll get one featured dish at a fixed price of just €9.90.

📆 Is Pasta Tuesday no longer available?

That’s right – Pasta Tuesday ends on August 19, 2025. Starting August 25, the new Pasta of the Day format begins, offering a rotating daily pasta at €9.90.

🕒 When is the Pasta of the Day available?

The pasta of the day is available all day from 11:00 a.m., Monday through Sunday – while supplies last.

⚠️Is the Pasta of the Day available without limits?

The Pasta del Giorno is available while supplies last. Once it’s sold out, it will no longer be available at the cashier or order points.

🍋 How does the new menu upgrade work?

Now you can order any pizza, pasta, risotto or gnocchi as a menu. 🍋🥗🍕🍝 It includes a homemade lemonade (passion fruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, lemon-mint, or blackberry-lime) or sparkling water and an Insalata Mini 🥗 (with rocket-mustard or balsamico dressing) – for just €4 extra. This offer is only available in combination with a main dish and for dine-in orders. This is valid in all VAPIANO location besides Linz.

📲 Are there any benefits for app users?

Yes! All app users who show their app receive a free menu upgrade with their Pasta of the Day: → homemade lemonade 🥤 (lemon-mint, passionfruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, blackberry lime lemonade) + fresh insalata mini🥗 (rocket-mustard or balsamico dressing) As an alternative to the homemade lemonade, you can also choose a sparkling water(0.5L) (Dine-in only, first come first served.)

🧾 How can I redeem the offer?

You can redeem it:
• directly at the checkout (only for dine-in)
• via the self-service kiosks (if you choose dine-in)
Of course, you can still enjoy your pasta of the day without the menu as a take-away option.

🚚 Is the offer available for delivery?

No – the offer is available exclusively in-store, either at the kiosk or the counter. It’s not valid for delivery orders.

📢 Can the Pasta of the day be combined with other rewards or promotions?

Yes, if you have the “Free Pasta” reward, you can redeem it with the respective Pasta of the day. Otherwise, the Pasta del Giorno is excluded from all promotions, such as the student discount.

🔁 Can I choose a different dish at the offer price?

No – the special price only applies to the designated pasta of the day. Other dishes are available at regular prices.

🍃 Are vegan options also available?

Yes, Bolognese on Monday, Crema di Funghi on Thursday and Chicken Alfredo on Sunday can also be ordered as vegan versions for €9.90.
