Summer has arrived – and with it, our new Momenti Estivi. Starting July 2, we invite you to enjoy the season with us – with light, lovingly prepared dishes and a true seasonal highlight: fine chanterelle mushrooms.
These small, golden mushrooms are among the most popular summer ingredients in Austrian cuisine – and for good reason: their delicate flavor is perfect for warm days and pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes. In other countries, they're known as chanterelles or "Pfifferlinge" – but in Austria, we simply call them ✨Eierschwammerl✨

Creamy risotto with golden chanterelles, onions, a splash of white wine, fine butter, and tangy Grana Padano D.O.P. – topped off with fresh parsley. Our tip: Add tender guanciale (+€1.90) for a hearty finishing touch.

PIZZA CARBONARA FINFERLI
Stone-baked pizza with golden chanterelles, tender guanciale, creamy mozzarella, red onions, and a dash of freshly ground pepper. Hearty, flavorful – and pure summer on a plate.
