After downloading, you can register in just a few minutes and create your personal VAPIANO Lovers account. Tell us your nutritional needs here to receive customized offers.

Once you are registered, you can collect points with every visit and discover exclusive offers. It is important that you always place your order using the app. Whether at the order point, with the Vapianisti at the checkout or on the go for Take Away

How can you use the VAPIANO Lovers app?

Depending on the restaurant, you have various options:

At the order point: Scan the app code & place your order as usual. After you have completed the payment, the points will be credited automatically.

Redeem reward: Scan the app code, add the desired product and the corresponding reward to your shopping cart and you'll receive it as a gift.

With a VAPIANO card: Take a VAPIANO card with you at the entrance and order as usual at the cooking stations. The app is only used when you leave the restaurant and go to the cash desk. Have your app code scanned by the Vapianisti, pay and the points will appear in your app.

Redeem reward: Tell the Vapianisti which reward you would like to redeem before you pay and we will take care of the rest.

At the checkout: Have the app code scanned by Vapianisti, order the products you want and as soon as you have completed the payment, the points will be added to your account.

Takeaway ordering - here again you have two options

Directly via the app: Click on “Takeaway” under the menu item “Order”, select the desired restaurant and place your order as usual. The points will be credited automatically after payment. If you don't want to pay in the app, you will need to show your app code and have it scanned when paying at the restaurant.

Online via our website: Before you place your order as usual, you must log in to collect points. Redeem reward: Add the desired product and the corresponding reward to your shopping cart and you'll get it for free. Complete your order and pick it up at the selected restaurant!

In our restaurant Vio Plaza you have the option to place an order via your cell phone, which will be brought to your table. To do this, you need to select the “Vio Plaza table order” option in your app under “Order” - this will open your camera, you can scan the QR code on the table and place your order. (Please note: drinks must be collected from the bar, food will be brought to you)
