How can I redeem the free menu?
Depending on the restaurant, you have various options:
- At the order point:
Simply scan your app QR code at the order point and select the "Eat here" option. Select the Pasta del Giorno dish (e.g. Pasta Bolognese on Monday) at " add an Insalata Mini with rocket-mustard or balsamic dressing and, for drinks, a homemade lemonade (passion fruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, lemon-mint, blackberry-lime). Or select the "Pasta menu" option directly from the sidebar and choose the respective Pasta del Giorno, homemade lemonade and Insalata Mini. Then select the bonus: "Make your Pasta del Giorno a menu" - and the free menu will be applied automatically.
- With the Vapiano card:
Grab a VAPIANO card at the entrance, order your Pasta del Giorno dish (e.g. Pasta Bolognese) as usual from the Vapianisti and order the Insalata Mini with rocket mustard or balsamic dressing directly with it. You can order the homemade lemonade (passion fruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, lemon-mint, blackberry-lime) separately at the bar. When you leave the restaurant, simply have your app QR code scanned by the Vapianisti at the till and tell them you want to redeem the reward, and we'll do the rest.
- At the cash desk:
Have the Vapianisti scan your app code, order your Pasta del Giorno and Insalata Mini with rocket-mustard or balsamic dressing, as well as a homemade lemonade (passion fruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, lemon-mint, blackberry-lime) directly at the till, tell the Vapianisti that you want to redeem your reward, and we'll do the rest. The pasta, the Insalata Mini and the homemade lemonade must be ordered directly together, the free menu upgrade is not possible if ordered at a later date.
Please note: The free menu can only be redeemed for orders placed on site at the restaurant and not directly via the app. However, you can also enjoy your pasta of the day to take away. The VAPIANO Lovers app is available throughout Austria - with the exception of the location in Linz.

🍝 What is Pasta del Giorno?
Pasta del Giorno is our daily pasta offer - every day of the week there is a fixed freshly cooked pasta dish at the attractive fixed price of just €9.90.
🕒 When is the Pasta del Giorno served?
The pasta of the day is available throughout the day - Monday to Sunday from 11:00 while stocks last.
⚠️Ist Is the Pasta del Giorno available indefinitely?
Pasta del Giorno is available while stocks last. As soon as it is sold out, it will not be available at the cash desk or at the order points.
🍋How does the new menu upgrade work?
You can now order pizza, pasta, risotto or gnocchi in the menu. This includes a homemade lemonade (passion fruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, lemon-mint, blackberry-lime) or a soda (0.5L) and an insalata mini (with rocket-mustard or balsamic dressing) for just €4 extra. This can only be ordered in combination and when enjoyed on site. This applies in all VAPIANO locations except Linz.
📲 Are there any advantages for app users?
Yes, everyone who identifies themselves as an app user on site will receive a free menu upgrade to their Pasta del Giorno:
→ a homemade lemonade (passion fruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, lemon-mint, blackberry-lime) + a fresh Insalata Mini 🥗(with rocket-mustard or balsamic dressing)
→ A soda (0.5L) can also be chosen as an alternative to the lemonade.
Served on the spot and while stocks last.
🧾 How can I redeem the free menu?
It can be redeemed:
- directly at the cash desk (only at Genuss vor Ort)
- via the order points (only when selecting "eat here")
The pasta of the day for €9.90 without a menu can of course still be pre-ordered via the app to take away.
🚚 Is the offer also available via delivery services?
No, the offer is only available in the restaurant - either at the kiosk or at the till but not via delivery services.
📢 Can Pasta del Giorno also be combined with other rewards or promotions?
Yes, if you have the "Free Pasta" bonus, you can also redeem it with the respective Pasta del Giorno. Otherwise, Pasta del Giorno is excluded from all promotions, such as the student discount.
🔁 Can I choose another dish at the promotional price?
No - the offer is only valid for the specified dish of the day. Other dishes are available at the regular price.
🍃Are vegan options also included?
Yes, Bolognese on Monday and Chicken Alfredo on Sunday and can also be ordered vegan on request for €9.90.
