Terms and Conditions for the “EAT PASTA KICK FASTA – Gaberl Challenge” at VAPIANO Westbahnhof
1. Organizer

The promotion takes place at VAPIANO Westbahnhof, Europaplatz 1, 1150 Vienna, Austria .
2. Promotion Period and Location
The “EAT PASTA KICK FASTA – Gaberl Challenge” will take place on June 22, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at VAPIANO Westbahnhof.
Participation is possible only on-site and only during the event period. The event schedule is subject to change for organizational or safety reasons.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are individuals who are physically present at VAPIANO Westbahnhof during the event period and who accept the safety and participation guidelines.
Participants under the age of 14 may only participate with the consent and under the supervision of a legal guardian or an accompanying adult. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from participation or to terminate their ongoing participation for safety reasons.
Employees of the organizer, as well as individuals directly involved in organizing the promotion, are excluded from participating in the prize drawing.
4. Participation in the Challenge
Participation in the Gaberl Challenge is free of charge and does not require placing an order.
The challenge takes place exclusively in the designated and marked event area. Participants must follow the instructions of the VAPIANO team, the moderation team, and Kersche Freestyle.
Only controlled “Gaberl” moves or the controlled performance of the specified ball exercises are permitted. Hard shots, uncontrolled kicks, and intentionally shooting in the direction of guests, furnishings, walls, glass surfaces, equipment, or other objects are not permitted.
The organizer may terminate participation at any time if participants violate safety rules, fail to follow instructions, or pose a danger to other guests, employees, the facility, or other objects.
5. Procedure and Prize Mechanics
As part of the challenge, participants can demonstrate how many controlled ball touches they can perform or replicate an exercise demonstrated by Kersche Freestyle.
The exact challenge task will be explained on-site by the team.
Participants will receive a prize if they complete at least 5, 10, 15, or 20 controlled ball touches.
Upon successful participation, participants will receive an instant prize while supplies last.
6. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded as part of the Gaberl Challenge:
- 200 VAPIANO soccer balls
- 200 limited-edition VAPIANO jerseys
- 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% discounts in the form of a coupon code redeemable in the VAPIANO Lovers app.
Prizes will be awarded exclusively as part of the Challenge. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Legal recourse regarding the selection of winners is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Prize Delivery and Redemption
Depending on the type of prize, prizes will be awarded or redeemed either directly on-site at VAPIANO Westbahnhof or via the VAPIANO Lovers app.
If a prize is redeemed via the VAPIANO Lovers app, a valid app account is required. Redemption is subject to the terms and conditions displayed in the app, particularly regarding the redemption period, participating restaurants, and availability.
Cash redemption, transfer, or subsequent modification of the prize is prohibited, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Safety and Conduct on Site
Participation is voluntary. Participants agree to complete the challenge only within the designated area, under supervision, and in accordance with the instructions.
The following are specifically prohibited:
- hard or uncontrolled shots,
- playing ball games outside the marked activity area,
- intentionally shooting in the direction of other guests, staff, or facilities,
- participation while visibly intoxicated or otherwise impaired,
- Behavior that may endanger other people or property.
In the event of violations, the organizer may refuse participation, terminate participation, or exclude participants from the event.
9. Liability
Participants take part in the challenge at their own risk and must conduct themselves in such a way that neither other people nor property are endangered or damaged.
Participants are personally liable in accordance with statutory provisions for any damage they culpably cause to the facilities, the organizer’s property, third-party property, or other persons.
The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from participants’ non-compliant behavior, disregard for safety rules, or failure to follow instructions, provided that the organizer or persons for whom it is responsible are not at fault.
The organizer’s liability for personal injury and for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence remains unaffected.
10. Photos and Video Recordings
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event. These may be used for documentation and reporting on the event via the organizer’s communication channels.
If individual persons are recognizably the focus of a recording or are to be used for promotional purposes, separate consent will be obtained in advance, if necessary.
11. Data Protection
In connection with participation in the Gaberl Challenge, personal data may be processed to the extent necessary for conducting the campaign, processing prizes, redeeming prizes, communicating with participants, or for photo and video recordings.
If prizes are handed over directly on-site, personal data will generally only be processed to the extent necessary for the processing of the respective prize.
If prizes are redeemed via the VAPIANO Lovers app, redemption takes place through the app. In particular, the following data may be processed: app account data, the prize code entered, the time the code was entered, the redeemed prize, the redemption status, and, if applicable, information about the participating VAPIANO restaurant.
This data is processed for the purpose of conducting the promotion, verifying and redeeming the prize code, providing the respective prize, and preventing misuse or multiple redemptions.
The legal basis for processing, to the extent that the data is necessary for conducting the promotion and processing the prize, is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. To the extent that data is processed for the purposes of preventing misuse, ensuring technical security, or maintaining records, this is done on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Processing for marketing purposes takes place only if there is a corresponding legal basis for this, in particular separate consent.
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the implementation and administration of the promotion or as required by statutory retention periods.

12. Early Termination and Changes
The organizer reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the promotion early for good cause. Good cause exists, in particular, if safe execution cannot be guaranteed, if technical or organizational problems arise, or if regulatory requirements make this necessary.
13. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies. Should any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
“PASTA5” & “AMORE5” Promotion – €5 Discount
1. Promotion Details
As part of a promotion, registered users of the VAPIANO Lovers app will receive a one-time €5 discount on their order by entering the coupon code “PASTA5” or “AMORE5.”
The discount is redeemable for orders with a minimum value of 9€. The final invoice amount before the voucher is applied is decisive.
2. Eligibility
Only registered users of the VAPIANO Lovers app are eligible to participate.
The coupon code can be redeemed only once per user.
Multiple redemptions are not permitted.
3. Activating the Voucher
After successfully registering in the VAPIANO Lovers app, enter the code under
“Rewards → Voucher Code.”
Once entered successfully, the €5 voucher will be credited to the “Rewards” section, where it can be activated for redemption.
4. Redemption
The voucher can be redeemed:
- at the restaurant checkout
- at the order counter
- when ordering via the VAPIANO Lovers app (takeout)
The gift card must be activated before completing the payment process.
It cannot be applied retroactively.
5. Validity
The gift card is valid at all VAPIANO restaurants in Austria, except VAPIANO Linz.
Not valid for orders placed through external delivery services.
The promotion is valid during the promotional period as communicated.
6. Combination & Restrictions
The gift certificate cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, gift certificates, or special offers.
No cash redemption.
Not transferable to third parties.
Partial redemption is not permitted. If the voucher is not used in full, any remaining balance will expire.
7. General Information
The general terms of use and privacy policy of the VAPIANO Lovers app apply.
VAPIANO reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion early at any time.

Terms and Conditions for “Pasta del Giorno”
Participating Restaurants
Participants in the “Pasta del Giorno” promotion are:

Promotion Period
The promotion is valid from Monday, August 25, 2025, until further notice. Vapiano reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Promotion Details
As part of the promotion, a selected pasta dish (“Pasta del Giorno”) will be offered daily at a special price of EUR 9.90.
The dish is selected by Vapiano and changes daily.
The promotion is available exclusively for dine-in or takeout orders placed via the VAPIANO Lovers app.
Not valid for orders placed through external delivery services.
Exception: Pasta dishes with zoodles are excluded from the promotion.
Validity & Availability
The offer is valid at all VAPIANO restaurants in Austria.
The VAPIANO Lovers app is available in all Austrian restaurants, except in Linz.
The VAPIANO Linz restaurant also offers the “Pasta del Giorno” promotion, but without the app menu upgrade.
The offer is valid only on the day it is advertised and while supplies last.
App Users – “Make It a Free Meal” Upgrade
In addition, app users get the chance once a day to upgrade their meal to the “Pasta del Giorno” dish:
The upgrade includes 1 mini salad with arugula-mustard dressing or balsamic dressing + 1 free 0.5L homemade lemonade (lemon-mint, passion fruit-rosemary, grapefruit-thyme, blackberry-lime, 0.5L soda, or 0.5L tap water) for free.
This upgrade can be redeemed once per user per day.
The upgrade is only valid in conjunction with the VAPIANO Lovers app.
Valid for dine-in only. Cannot be redeemed for takeout or through delivery services.
Combinations and Redemption
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers.
Cash redemption, exchange, or transfer to other products is not permitted.
