➡️ To enjoy all the benefits of the VAPIANO Lovers Austria app, you first need to download it to your smartphone. You can find it in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store - free of charge, of course.
➡️ After downloading, you can register in just a few minutes and create your personal VAPIANO Lovers account. Tell us your nutritional needs here to receive customized offers.
➡️ Once you are registered, you can collect points and discover exclusive offers with every visit. It is important that you always complete your order using the app. Whether at the order point, at the Vapianisti checkout or on the go for takeaway.

How can you use the VAPIANO Lovers app?
Depending on the restaurant, you have various options:
- At the order point: scan the app code & place your order as usual. After you have completed the payment, the points will be credited to you automatically.
Redeem your reward: Scan the app code, add the desired product and the corresponding reward to your shopping cart and you'll receive it as a gift. - With a VAPIANO card: Take a VAPIANO card with you when you enter and order as usual at the cooking stations. The app is only used when you leave the restaurant and go to the till. Have your app code scanned by the Vapianisti, pay and the points will appear in your app.
Redeem your reward: Tell the Vapianisti which reward you would like to redeem before you pay and we will take care of the rest. - At the checkout: Have the Vapianisti scan the app code, order the desired products and as soon as you have completed the payment, the points will appear in your account.

Take Away order - again, you have two options here
- Directly via the app: Click on "Takeaway" under the "Order" menu item, select the desired restaurant and place your order as usual. The points will be credited automatically after payment. If you don't want to pay in the app, you will need to show your app code and have it scanned when you pay at the restaurant.
- Online via our website: Before you place your order as usual, you must log in to collect points. Redeem your reward: Add the desired product and the corresponding reward to your shopping cart and you'll get it for free. Complete your order and collect it from your chosen restaurant!
